Last nights look - Definitely taking a jolt of inspiration from Hedi Slimane’s styling from the mens Spring ‘13 show with this one. 60’s leopard coat, vintage plaid shirt, Proenza Schouler trousers, Manolo Blahnik Suwalki boots and my newest vintage purchase a green Bakelite bracelet.

Inspired. Have been absorbing the shows. Carrying the Marc Jacobs Stam bag lately as a ode to Marc Jacobs and Katie Grand. Really love what they are doing. The Kimberly Ovitz baby goat fur vest and Chimala grey wool coat are inspired from Altuzarra and Garance Dore. The Gucci loafers are vintage and in light of the 60th anniversary I’ve switched them up from my regular Gravati loafers. The Gucci are well do for a resurgence, imo. Now only if I can get my hands on a floral pair. Black Nobody jeans with a Cos white button down w grey trim, topped off with a fawnish felt fur hat. Lastly the makeup was inspired by Marni and Prada, loved the collections as well. Paul is rocking a Camo puffer / bubble jacket. Best looking bitch in town.

Happy 2013! Significant day for me, officially closed the Atlantic Avenue Shop. Wearing the same 1930’s green velvet dress I wore to the stores opening party. Cheers to new beginnings this year, xc.

Angelica Huston by Avedon in The Eye Has to Travel. This book is excellent & wonderfully inspirational. And this look right here is what will see me through this winter season. Reading the memoir now too. Yum.
